Mer Bleue Bog Birch Polypore Fungi on Bark
A shelf fungus with a smooth, slightly iridescent surface clings to the rugged bark of a tree. The upper part of the fungus is a warm, rusty brown that fades into a creamy white along its underside. This contrast in color highlights its silky texture against the darker, textured bark of the tree in the shadowy forest background.
