Usage Rights
Download and Use: All images on Carefree Creative’s Stock Photography are available for download. Some are free, while others require credits for download.
Lifetime Access: You can access purchased downloaded images indefinitely; however, availability in our library is not guaranteed. Our images are licensed for all uses, including commercial purposes, with no requirement for attribution. (While we always appreciate credit, it is not a condition of the usage license.)
All images remain the intellectual property of Carefree Creative.
Restrictions
No Resale: Our images cannot be resold in their original form. Significant modification (e.g., combining with other elements, altering key features) is required if you wish to incorporate them into products for resale.
No Compilation: These unique images are exclusive to Carefree Creative and may not be aggregated or redistributed.
Non-Transferable License: The license to use our images is non-transferable. You may not give away or distribute the images.
Sub-Licensing: You are allowed to use the images in your own projects or for your clients’ projects.
Liability and Indemnity
Limited Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our images.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Carefree Creative harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the images.
Content Ownership
Carefree Creative claims copyright only over the photographs we have created and makes no ownership claim over the subjects depicted within the images, including but not limited to buildings, signs, animals, plants, or other public displays photographed in locations such as public spaces, zoos, or botanical gardens.
By downloading and using these images, you are granted a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, distribute, or reproduce the images for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions outlined in this license. No attribution or additional permissions are required.
Third-Party Rights
Some images may contain identifiable trademarks, logos, artwork, private property, or recognizable individuals. Carefree Creative does not provide model releases, property releases, or trademark clearances for any subjects depicted.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the images complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to trademark, publicity, or privacy rights. Carefree Creative disclaims all liability for any legal claims, damages, or disputes arising from your use of the images.
Free Photos
Some images on Carefree Creative are available for free download. These free photos are licensed under the same terms outlined in this agreement. By downloading free images, you agree to the same usage rights, restrictions, and responsibilities as paid downloads.
Free photos may not be resold, redistributed, or compiled without significant modification, as outlined in the Restrictions section.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate this license at any time if you breach any of the terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the images immediately.
