After we have received the content and questionnaire, our process starts by researching your specific field and creating a comprehensive development plan.
We utilize this plan and research to find 3-5 template kit options that match the intended purpose and style of the website. We’ll utilize all content (photos, copy, videos, and graphics) to enhance the site and keep a cohesive, consistent design to help convey your business to your target audience. We’ll ensure the site provides a straightforward user-friendly experience.
When the design has been selected, we will start development and customize the template kit, create pages, and integrate content into the website. We’ll use a combination of WordPress, Elementor Pro, and other plugins (such as Custom Post Type UI and Advanced Custom Fields) as needed.
Once the website is complete, we’ll thoroughly test the functionality (links, contact forms, buttons, animations, hover states) on both WebKit and Chromium rendering engines, as well as check the responsiveness on mobile phones and tablets.
After everything is finalized, the site will be launched.
Search Engine Optimization is the process of making your website search engine friendly while targeting specific variables that search engines values, in order to increase your likelihood of appearing above competitors in search results.
We will optimize the headers, meta titles, and meta descriptions. We will optimize and compress images, and add image alt, captions, and descriptions. We’ll also optimize page load speed to perform well on all devices.
We will set up Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics and add you as a user for these accounts. A robots.txt file will be created to allow search engines to crawl specific pages on the site. A sitemap.xml will be created so that search engines can crawl all pages of your site.
Google Business Profile is a tool to manage your online presence across Google, including Search and Maps.
Google Analytics is a tool that allows you to view analytical data on your web traffic.
Google Search Console is service that allows us to submit your website to be indexed, check indexing status, and optimize website visibility.
We’ll keep your site online, updated, and functioning properly and securely – at all times.
Along with 24/7 uptime monitoring, we’ll keep WordPress, themes, and plugins updated on your site, while staying current with plugin news to prevent issues before they happen. If something breaks or goes wrong, we will restore the entire site from the most recent backup.
Many websites also need periodic updates to their website – such as posting a blog post, adding a new product, or telling their customers they are closed that week. We’ll complete up to 1 hour of content update requests on your site per month.

We kick things off with a questionnaire that’s designed to collect all the information necessary to start your project. We also need any content you’re providing for the site – such as text, graphics, images, account information, social profiles, etc. We use these items to design and plan the site.
Using the completed questionnaire, we’ll research your niche, and create a comprehensive development plan which serves as a blueprint for the overall structure and functionality of the site. This process typically takes ~3 days after receiving the completed questionnaire and content.
~3 days
Using the comprehensive plan outlined in step one, we’ll utilize this to research and find 3-5 options of template kits that match the style and intended purpose of the site, and help you determine which template kit works best for your site. This typically takes ~3 days. Once the template kit has been selected, you’ll be added to our project schedule.
With WordPress and Elementor Pro, we’ll use the template kit selected in step two to create a fully functioning website, using plugins as needed for functionality. We’ll carefully migrate copy, images, and graphics into their places, while fixing any bugs as they come up. The development process typically takes around 4 weeks.
~1 day
Once the website build is complete, we’ll thoroughly test the functionality (links, contact forms, buttons, animations, hover states) on both WebKit and Chromium rendering engines, as well as check the responsiveness on mobile phones and tablets. This typically takes ~1 day.
After we have completed the testing process, we’ll send you a link to the most recent version for suggested revisions.
~3 days
Once the final invoice is paid, we’ll bring the site online by updating the DNS records for the domain, and transferring it to your hosting account as needed.
We’ll double check the site style and re-test all functionality, to ensure everything is working perfectly.
~5 days
If you’ve chosen Onsite SEO, we’ll finish up the remaining SEO tasks now that the website is live, as some tasks need to be completed with a website that is active – such as submitting to search engines and fully integrating Google Analytics. See the Onsite SEO section for full details of what we’ll do during this step.
Ongoing
If you’ve chosen ongoing Management, then you have nothing else to worry about – we’ll get backups, security, and 24/7 uptime monitoring set up. Every two weeks we will check the website for any security issues, update WordPress, plugins, and page builders. See the Management section for full details of what we’ll do.
If you need anything updated, have questions, or any issues at any time – feel free to text, email, or call anytime – we can typically get most small changes done within 24 hours.
