When will my website be live?
This varies based on the project requirements and your specific needs.
With that said, a typical website is ready to launch from start to finish in 3-4 weeks.
How do I pay you?
All invoices are billed through Stripe which can be paid online with any debit or credit card. For standard projects, we require a 50% down payment before starting the project. The remaining amount is be due upon the final review of the website, prior to launch and domain pointing.
Do I own my website?
Yes, once you make the final payment for your site, you own the website outright. We primarily build our websites using WordPress, which means you are not tied to proprietary software and can experience lower maintenance costs in the future.
Can you make an e-commerce store or membership site?
Contact us to discuss your project! We have extensive experience building advanced websites, ranging from standard e-commerce stores to sophisticated web applications. We need to have a conversation about your functionality needs, goals, and requirements to provide an accurate quote.
Can you make changes to my website after it launches?
Absolutely! We provide WordPress website management services to ensure your website remains updated and well-maintained after it launches. If you don't have a managaement plan with us, we may still be able to assist you with changes on an hourly basis, depending on our availability and schedule. Please reach out to us for further details and to discuss your specific needs.
Can I update my website myself?
Certainly! You will have full access to the website's backend, allowing you to log in and make changes on your own. The majority of our websites are built using WordPress & Elementor Pro (the industry-leading page builder). We can provide basic instructional videos to edit your site.
Elementor Pro also offers numerous online resources to help you become familiar with its features. Additionally, if you opt for our management plan, we are more than happy to handle content updates for you.
Will my website work on mobile devices?
Absolutely! Your website will be designed to be fully responsive and compatible with mobile devices. We have extensive experience in creating responsive websites, spanning nearly two decades. All of our websites undergo thorough testing on the latest mobile devices and browsers to ensure optimal functionality and a seamless user experience.
How much input do I have?
Website design is a collaborative process, and we value your input, feedback, and approval at every stage of the project. We understand that some clients may not have a specific preference or prefer to entrust us with complete creative direction, and we are more than happy to accommodate that. In such cases, we thoroughly research your niche to create a design that aligns with your vision and goals.
